Situated on a secluded lot on their private peninsula, the owners of this property wanted to maximize their exposure to nature and intermittent views of the lake which offer a calming serenity thus providing their guests with various options for indoor/outdoor relaxation. Shade is provided from the summer heat by large over grown trees coupled with a vast 14 ft covered wrap around porch which inspires plenty of options for outdoor entertaining. Because of the owners’ desire for generous spaces that maintain an intimate feel, the centerpiece of the living room is a stone fireplace and hearth which acts as an anchor for the traditional 3,700 sqft  farmhouse styled open floor concept and 33 ft vaulted ceilings.  The downstairs consists of three guests bedrooms each with a private bath and the master suite which has a private entrance for use to the hot tub area if desired.  The upstairs loft area delivers a bunk room for additional younger guests and bath as well as a bonus room with a balcony that overlooks the common area below.
