Leisure Heights is nestled amid the tree tops and offers gorgeous waterfront views. This design evolved out of the owner’s desire to unite the existing weekend cabin getaway with something more modern which produced the challenge of working to a contemporary end with a rustic beginning. Steel and wood became one and married the existing cabin making Leisure Heights a blissful retreat and suitable for full time residency. The smooth lines of steel compliment the roughness of the wood and emerged as one, they extend over a cliff and offer the feel of suspension into nature.  The newly designed living room and master suite offers panoramic views through the entire East façade of the addition overlooking the Tennessee River for a pristine feel of tranquility. With over 4,400 sqft of blended existing cabin and new addition, this sanctuary offers many options for entertaining indoors or outdoors with options of porches and patios.
