The concept driving this design was the owner’s wish to incorporate the “college town” atmosphere through the introduction of a sports bar & grill to the list of local restaurants. A modern flare of visible trusses, exposed spiral duct work, and large roll up garage doors leading to outdoor dining options was incorporated into the restaurant to assimilate a relaxed atmosphere. Local history of hometown sports icons as well as national sports teams’ memorabilia is displayed all through the 5000 sqft building to encourage viewing games on the various LED displays positioned at the full bar and scattered throughout the indoor and outdoor dining areas which offers a 158 seating capacity. The design incorporates a full service commercial size kitchen, walk in cooler, low E window glazing, brick, board & batten, a shipping/receiving area in the back of the restaurant with easy access to kitchen area, and provides adequate parking for 75 vehicles.
