Total revitalization and full build out schemes were utilized to bring more life into a partially vacant retail center.  The adaptive reuse concept was applied to the existing facility and new areas were divided into 7 tenant spaces and a total new facade added to the 110,000 sqft building to entice potential businesses and customers.   The existing facility was retro-fitted to incorporate new delivery docks located across the rear of the building. Site lighting was integrated and a new parking layout was provided to accommodate vehicle circulation.
